I have almost all my Christmas shopping done so far! I'm excited! :D Nothing like last year where I got it all done in one day in a mad rush at Coquitlam Center and dropped $600 bucks. Yeeuck. I'm spoiling my mum silly this year because she deserves it. :3 I..forgot what I was going to say...

I love faeries and I spent like an hour today unpacking beautiful new faeries and peeing my pants at work today. And there's a really gorgeous one and she's part of the Dragonsite Zodiac Series and she's the one for Taurus and her name is PERSISTENT. I love it because she is me and I lol'd.
This is what she looks like. Somebody buy her for me, even though I get the 25% discount. ;)
I also had a shit when I figured out all the Dragonsite Dragons' names were acronyms. I AM SO FUCKING SMART.

I work a lot.
5 days a week now. Yikes.
It'll be more come Christmas season.
I never knew how much I valued extra sleep until I got a hefty chunk of it, how rare, in this morning.
I'm spending too much money, mostly on things that make me look different/better/good.
I'm not happy with myself, and I don't know if I'm ever going to be.
I want to be.
I'm tired, this is silly.
I have the best cup of tea in front of me, oh man.

I have an appointment for a consultation for my second tattoo on Friday morning! Eeee!
Not my big back one yet, that one's coming, I swear! This is just an idea I've been playing in my head for quite some time but hadn't had a place for it. The writing 'Lilies & Remains' on my left forearm in really scripty lettering. FOR GREAT VICTORY.
I CANNOT WAIT.
I am filled with the excitedies! And am currently hammering out the design for a half sleeve as well. I predict that in a couple years I will look like a sideshow act.

The End of an Era

My Smokey is on her last legs.
She isn't eating, and won't move at all. Her poor kitty eyes look shrunken, much like the rest of her wee body.
And worst of all, the humourous yet slightly off smell that seems to follow her around has gotten a little...strong.
I'm just blaming it on her being unable to clean herself anymore, but it brings more of a chuckle if you think of the more rational explanation.
She's older than dirt, and she's already rotting.
I mean, it's been a long time coming, that's for sure. We inherited two full grown cats when we moved in to this house. I was 5 at the time!!
That's some 15 years ago!
Patch ran away/got eated within the first couple of years.
Smoke's been a fixture around this place forever.
I give her until tomorrow, or the next day at the very most.
For now, you can has a picture of my kittane. <3
To tell the truths, I hope she passes in the night. I don't like seeing my kittane like this very much.

They look like deformed little, miserable mopey starfish men.
BUT THEY TASTE SO WONDERFUL.
Why don't my cookies ever turn out like this?
Whoever made that batch is a fucking freak, I tells ya.
I won't share my cookies with you, don't worry.
I poured the mix into the bowl and then left the kitchen to grab something.
When I came back my cat had her head stuck in the dry cookie mix and the crumbles were all in her neckbeard.
